Wildhorse is one of the top golf courses in Las Vegas, located 10 minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip. The 18 hole golf course is open to the public and features rugged terrain with 8 shimmering water hazards. Once owned by Howard Hughes, the course features lush fairways set amid stunning desert beauty. A full service golf shop, expansive practice range, and banquet / meeting facility is also on site.
The golf course originally dates back to 1959 and was one of the first golf courses in the Las Vegas valley. The course layout was redesigned in 2004 by Brian Curley and Lee Schmidt and is now owned by the City of Henderson. Wildhorse Golf Club was recently recognized as an Audubon Certified Cooperative Sanctuary. gas
